More room for your creations
Photo allowances can grow with the community.
- Administration now manages photos per project, individual file size and upload batch size. Starting allowances are 50 photos, 20 MB each and 64 MB per batch.
- Admin and Founder accounts bypass account photo quotas. Image safety and hosting limits still apply, and existing photos are preserved when limits change.
- The Collections sidebar keeps My projects and My collections, removing duplicate profile and home links.

Bring your project story and photos together in one place.
- Add several photos while creating or editing a project, using the file picker or drag-and-drop. Review and remove queued files before saving.
- Saved photos appear in the editor, with a link to captions, cover selection and ordering.
- Craft choices use four columns on wide screens, three on smaller desktops, and fewer on mobile.

- Choose several crafts for a project, with an expandable directory and Other Craft for anything not listed yet.
- Galleries and the crafter directory recognize all selected crafts, while existing project assignments are preserved.
- Admins and Founders can add craft categories and refine names. Help explains how to choose or suggest a craft.

From handmade inspiration to Etsy
Connect a creation to its Etsy listing, with clear availability shared by the maker.
- Projects can be gallery only, available on Etsy, sold on Etsy, or made to order on Etsy.
- Availability appears across galleries; each creation can link directly to its Etsy listing.
- These are manual links and labels. Crafters keep them current, and purchases stay between visitors and sellers on Etsy.

- Create collections for seasons, gifts, techniques, or any handmade story you want to bring together.
- Search your projects and add them to more than one collection, with each membership change saved immediately.
- Collections start private. Publish a collection to share its already-published projects; private and archived work stays hidden.
- Removing a project or deleting a collection keeps the original projects, photographs, and publishing settings.

Private tags and combined project filters make it easier to find your work.
- Add up to ten organization tags to each project. Tags stay private even when the project is published.
- Search My Projects by title or description and combine craft, status, and tag filters.

Find your way back to the studio
Password recovery and password management help you stay in control of your account.
- Request a password reset link from the sign-in page. Links expire after two hours and cannot be reused after a successful reset.
- Use Password in the signed-in navigation to change your password with your current password.
- Existing sessions are invalidated after a password reset or change, with other sessions checked within five minutes.
